Strawberry Oat Healthy Smoothie

This  healthy smoothie tastes like strawberry and cream. The strawberries always taste so fresh and light, but when you add oatmeal to a smoothie it is immediately a hearty meal. you can even add a handful of spinach if you like, you won’t even taste it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dry rolled oats
  • tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink immediately.
