A Green Diva Smoothie is perfect for beginners that is healthy, tastes amazing, and best of all it’s made with 6 ingredients in less than 5 minutes!The saying “there is a diet for everyone” is so true.  This is the one I use every year to lose weight.I’m only using it to lose the extra weight that would have creeped on during the festive season. Once I reach my desired goal I’ll maintain my weight by eating the right portions , cutting out sugar, any white starch that is not good for my body.

It is really easy to follow once you know what your goal is. Even though the calories are kinda low on this smoothie, I was so surprised with how I did not feel hungry all  the time. The smoothie is packed with nutrients that are feeling and i also add hemp seeds for that protein kick. This is one drink that has a lot of personalities.

Just as little as a ‘thumb-sized’ portion could not only warm you up on a chilly day, but also protect you from infection, inflammation and pain!
